Return & Exchange
We promise to cheerfully credit, exchange, or refund any regularly priced purchase that does not meet your expectations, within 10 days of purchase, when you supply your original receipt. We guarantee your in-store purchase of hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials for one year' house plants and water plants for three months; koi and goldfish for 24 hours with a sample of your pond water; hard goods for the duration and terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

However, custom-ordered or custom-cut items (such as pond liner, hosing, and similar) are final sales unless covered by warranty.
We guarantee your in-store purchase of:
- Hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials for one year,
- House plants and water plants for three months,

Simply bring back the item with your original receipt, and we will supply a credit or replacement; sorry, no cash refunds after 10 days.
Items that have been delivered by us to your door may incur restocking fees and / or return trucking fees.
Landscape Tradespeople: We are confident in your professional plant installation and care know-how. Plant material purchased at a contractor discount rate is considered a final sale. Other items are subject to our regular return policy and product warranties.
Like in-person purchases at our shop, we will credit, exchange, or refund any regularly priced online purchase that does not meet your expectations, when contacted within 10 days of purchase. Please note, for online purchases of warranty items, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
To return, obtain credit, or exchange your online purchase, you may:
- Bring it to our shop in-person, with a copy of your receipt, or
- Contact us at (604) 466-3254 for a Return Authorization Number*.
*We do not accept any online purchase return without a Return Authorization Number!
Shipping and handling charges are typically non-refundable. However, in the event that we made an error in processing your order, we will be happy to refund your return shipping and handling charges. If the item arrives in damaged or defective condition, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge.
Returns, with a Return Authorization Number, must be received in their original purchase condition and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories, warranty cards and manuals. All items being returned will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Please note that missing items or parts could delay the processing of your refund, and may incur charges.
All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Sorry, no cash refunds after 10 days; after 10 days, we will supply a credit or replacement item.
